University Malaya's 1st Duathlon Race

Participants : Adelin (me) Shasha (my cousin) Botak (my husband) and lutfi (somebody else's husband) hehe
Supporter : Pisha N Eppot

This is the first duathlon race organize by University Malaya. There's 4 category .. Varsity Women, Varsity Men and Women Open and Men Open ... its a 5km run 20km cycle and another 5km run.

Hujan renyai2 pagi tu .. pergh syok nie kalau sambung tido. 8-) Made in on time (tak la jugak .. org lain sumer dah siap kitaorang baru nak setting beskal)

The first 5km run jer terpaksa mengadap bukit yang macam tak der penghujung .. nasib baik baru lepas hujan .. cooling .. kasut plak dah tercabot tapaknyer sebelah aiseeyy ..

Next 20km cycle .. adoii .. mengadap bukit yang sama 4 round.. ader yang sampai tolak beskal ..
The last 5km run .. sakit kaki lari kasut tak balance .. decided to cabot tapak lagi sebelah .. rasa macam pakai kasut ballet la pulak

Shasha placing 17th - Me placing 19th (nasib baik tak ramai female participants :-> ) - Botak & Lutfi finisher

LARIAN NEW BALANCE 10k Melawati

Its been a while since i've been here .. kesian my blog macam kena abandoned ajer.. nie pon sebab terjumpa blog anis yang makin hari maki padat blog nyer ..(jeles la jugak but am happy got to know her xperienced). dont really know where to start.. been here n there.. got married..(hehe) .. now am ready to start running again ..

The New Balance 10k Run was held at Taman Melawati Hulu Klang (weird right!!). Maner penah ader larian buat kat sini but its great .. dekat dengan rumah.. jln kaki pon sampai..but late as usuall. The run was supposed to be held at Dataran Merdeka tapi clashed dengan HLA BigWalk.

Arrives at Padang Phase 5 Melawati around 7.00, glad that the run havent started yet.. me, botak, nelly and my cousin shasha is taking part .. tapi its 7.30 batang idung shasha still tak nampak (sah bangun lambat nie). So i left the number kat viper kereta...

The route is cooling la berbanding lari kat area KL yang banyak asap hehehe ... the weather is also just nice ... timing 50.23 .. lama dah tak lari semua nyer sakit2 ... tak ramai participant kali nie maybe sebab banyak runs n race yang clash kot ... organizer macam kelam kabut sikit sampai which way to run pon tak sure dlm map tulis different route biler lari different route pulak ..

Waiting for Shasha ... tengok kat viper no dah takder ... call handphone tak pickup sah mesti dia lari jugak ... so we all patah balik nak kereta cari Shasha .. bout 2km to the finishing line .. dia tengah lari escorted by police n ambulans ... she didnt give up ... she made it and got a medal ... caya lah Sha ..
